在2008年出版的The Man from U.N.C.L.E.全集DVD box的花絮中，”Gun, Gadgets, Gizmas & Garb”里有一段非常有趣的剪辑和访谈，主要是Robert Vaughn与David McCallum讲述三年多的拍摄期间，他们各自的戏装。
Robert演Napoleon Solo有一大堆各种各样的西装和行头；而David承认作为Illya的标准打扮，是他自己跑去戏装组要求只穿深色外套+黑领带+白衬衫的，而被人家反对”总得有点变化吧”之后，他表示那就套一件黑色高领好啦。
David笑称在整个The Man from U.N.C.L.E.里”He’s (Napoleon/Robert) changing clothes every five minutes. And I never changed my clothes. It was so cool!”

其中Robert还提及自己从不变装；而David说自己不变装出任务的时候就是白衬衫黑领带或黑色高领。

在第一季的The Green Opal Affair里，Napoleon Solo变装成了一个秘书，去反派那里应聘 (而且还戴了一副与Illya常戴款类似的黑框眼镜)
而Illya在第一季的The Double Affair里从总部下班出来穿的是一件polo衫。
在高领衫+外套的基本搭配下，Illya有时候也会选择不同的色彩组合。第二季The Re-Collectors Affair里他在走廊上等Napoleon时穿的是浅灰外套+海军蓝高领。The Very Important Zombie Affair他在Mr. Waverly办公室里穿的是深灰外套+浅灰高领。
